We require surrogates to have a stable financial source, such as their or their spouse’s employment, and not be dependent financially on what they will earn from surrogacy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept candidates receiving Aid to Families with Dependent Children. Surrogacy compensation would make them ineligible to receive state assistance further.
