Surrogate Compensation & Benefits

Surrogates are caring, compassionate women who want to create miracles for individuals who long to become parents. They deserve generous compensation and benefits for the life-changing services they provide.

Getting paid is usually not the primary motivation for women to pursue surrogacy, but compensation and benefits are essential components of their surrogacy journey. Many surrogates can fulfill their own dreams with the money they receive, such as buying a house or funding their children’s education.

Surrogates invest significant time and effort to undergo treatment and pregnancy, which also entail potential risks. Carriers warrant the fees they earn. Though the gift of parenthood is priceless, they receive a generous compensation and benefits package based on several factors, including whether they have been a surrogate previously. Their compensation and benefits will be outlined in the surrogacy contract.

Surrogates Should Be Financially Stable

The compensation surrogates receive is meant to supplement their income, not be their main or sole revenue. We require surrogates to have a stable financial source, such as their or their spouse’s employment, and not be dependent financially on what they will earn from surrogacy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept candidates receiving Aid to Families with Dependent Children. Surrogacy compensation would make them ineligible to receive state assistance further.

First-time surrogates should expect a starting compensation of $50,000. Experienced surrogates can make up to $85,000.
